For Industrimuseet in Horsens, Denmark, we developed a series of realistic food replicas for exhibition use.

Recreating historically accurate food proved both fun and challenging—especially when searching for the perfect rye bread reference, matching the simpler, seed-free appearance of the past. Achieving the right look required careful research and material experimentation.

Rasmus and Christine explored a range of techniques, pushing materials to their limits by incorporating unconventional additives and fillers into the resin to achieve the desired translucency and texture for elements such as sausage and porridge.
